Golden CO Real Estate
The downtown area is charming and includes many fine restaurants, hotels, shopping and businesses. The Jefferson County Government complex is located in Golden. Surrounding the downtown area are tree lined streets with Victorian homes that were built in the 1900’s, high rise luxury condos, and single family homes new and old. Price range varies from under $200,000 for a condo up to $2,000,000 – not including Golden Gate Canyon, just west of the area, where ranches can go up in the millions. This is a community within walking distance of the downtown area where people gather at a new modern pub or a creaking wood floor lunchroom for coffee or the special of the day. There are parks, museums, and activities of all kinds.
Genesee CO Real Estate Genesee is part of Golden although it is at a higher elevation of approximately 7500 feet. Residents enjoy the magnificent “Continental Divide” views during the day and “Twinkling City Lights” views at night. Evergreen CO Real Estate Homes in Evergreen range from a cabin in the woods, to fabulous equestrian ranches, to historic estates that front Bear Creek as it meanders from high mountain meadows through town and down to Denver.
